What types of property does PCMG manage?
Our commercial management covers office, retail, and industrial properties. Our residential management covers rental homes, individually owned condos and townhomes, and multifamily properties. We do not provide HOA or community association management.
Can you help with a vacant or already occupied property?
Yes. For a vacancy, we can discuss rental marketing, tenant screening, and leasing. For an occupied property, we review existing leases, tenant communication, maintenance needs, and owner reporting to plan the management transition.
What does ongoing management include?
Depending on the agreed scope, PCMG coordinates rent collection, maintenance and vendors, inspections, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting. We discuss responsibilities and owner approvals before services begin.
